Would you rather go for a creative ad or an ordinary ad?

In the competitive market, it becomes difficult to choose a product which could satisfy our needs. There can be various factors for product differentiation but it is the responsibility of the brand to maintain that trust with the existing and potential customers.

let us take an example of a well-established brand say “maggie” and let's talk about its competitor “yippee” what do think can be the consumption ratio of both products? well it is clear no doubt yippee noodles gave their best to compete with maggie but maggie has gained the trust of its consumers even after its failure of product defect it regained its audience and the consumption of maggie is now way more than earlier. Some products have made a special place in our hearts and no alternative product can replace it. There are many examples such as Nescafe, coca-cola, tata, haldirams, etc.

Well, what made these products unique, and what can be it’s advertising strategies that took away the potential audience? Every brand has it’s unique identity has its unique way of reaching audiences the difference is some manages it to do this at their first attempt and grabs the opportunity. Some brands have their unique style of conveying the features of the product and some try to be comic & sarcastic with their audiences.

This bru advertisement I find is very cute and defines the love for bru coffee between a cute couple fight for it. It seems to be cute and cheesy.

But this Nescafe advertisement won everyone’s heart. This ad showed how a human goes through different phases of life and who all he meets and who remains with him till the last like the Nescafe coffee.

There can be various aspects to creativity you can put up to grab the audience's attention and the brand which does it in its own unique way wins the heart of the viewers.
